Quotation and conclusion of contract<\/h3><p data-start=\"32\" data-end=\"309\">Visitors may submit non-binding inquiries via the website's contact form, chatbot, or email.<br data-start=\"157\" data-end=\"160\" \/>A formal contract is only concluded when the customer confirms in writing (including email confirmation) <strong>accepts the personalized offer.<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"311\" data-end=\"383\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">On the website <strong>no<\/strong> automatic service provision or purchase takes place.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1717\" data-end=\"1720\" \/><h3 data-start=\"1722\" data-end=\"1753\">5. Right of withdrawal\/cancellation<\/h3><p data-start=\"749\" data-end=\"891\">Private customers (consumers) are entitled to <strong>14 days<\/strong> withdraw from the contract if the service provision has not yet commenced.<\/p><p data-start=\"893\" data-end=\"1050\">If the service has already commenced (e.g., planning, development, consulting), the Service Provider shall be entitled to <strong>charge a proportional fee<\/strong> for the work done.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2802\" data-end=\"2805\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2807\" data-end=\"2837\">8.
