Services provided<\/h3><p data-start=\"28\" data-end=\"77\">The Service Provider offers the following services:<\/p><ul data-start=\"79\" data-end=\"234\"><li data-start=\"79\" data-end=\"113\"><p data-start=\"81\" data-end=\"113\">Website and webshop development<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"114\" data-end=\"155\"><p data-start=\"116\" data-end=\"155\">AI chatbot integration and customization<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"156\" data-end=\"193\"><p data-start=\"158\" data-end=\"193\">Technical maintenance and support<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"194\" data-end=\"234\"><p data-start=\"196\" data-end=\"234\">Related advisory services<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1236\" data-end=\"1356\">The scope and content of services are determined on a case-by-case basis according to the individual needs of each client.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1358\" data-end=\"1361\" \/><h3 data-start=\"1363\" data-end=\"1402\">4. Quotation and conclusion of contract<\/h3><p data-start=\"32\" data-end=\"309\">Visitors may submit non-binding inquiries via the website's contact form, chatbot, or email.<br data-start=\"157\" data-end=\"160\" \/>A formal contract is only concluded when the customer confirms in writing (including email confirmation) <strong>accepts the personalized offer.<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"311\" data-end=\"383\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">On the website <strong>no<\/strong> automatic service provision or purchase takes place.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1717\" data-end=\"1720\" \/><h3 data-start=\"1722\" data-end=\"1753\">5. Performance and deadlines<\/h3><p data-start=\"2210\" data-end=\"2437\">The Service Provider shall commence provision of the service upon acceptance of the quotation and receipt of the pre-agreed advance payment or full amount.<br data-start=\"633\" data-end=\"636\" \/>All deadlines and milestones are agreed upon in writing, usually by email, between the parties.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2439\" data-end=\"2442\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2444\" data-end=\"2484\">7. Right of withdrawal\/cancellation<\/h3><p data-start=\"749\" data-end=\"891\">Private customers (consumers) are entitled to <strong>14 days<\/strong> withdraw from the contract if the service provision has not yet commenced.<\/p><p data-start=\"893\" data-end=\"1050\">If the service has already commenced (e.g., planning, development, consulting), the Service Provider shall be entitled to <strong>charge a proportional fee<\/strong> for the work done.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2802\" data-end=\"2805\" \/><h3 data-start=\"2807\" data-end=\"2837\">8. AI Chatbot and Virtual Assistant:<\/strong><br \/>An artificial intelligence-based virtual assistant (AI Chatbot) may be available on the Service Provider\u2019s website to provide visitors with quick, 24\/7 information support and to answer their questions. The responses provided by the chatbot are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or official advice.<\/p><p data-start=\"4602\" data-end=\"4900\"><strong>12.2. Automated Form Processing and Process Analysis:<\/strong><br \/>When you fill out the forms on the website (e.g., Free AI Audit, quote calculator, contact forms), the information you provide is processed by artificial intelligence agents to ensure a quick response and to prepare preliminary analyses.<\/p><p data-start=\"4902\" data-end=\"5300\"><strong>12.3. The following do not constitute a binding offer:<\/strong><br \/>Neither the responses provided by the AI chatbot nor the preliminary analyses, audits, or calculations automatically generated by the AI <strong>do not constitute a binding contractual offer or acceptance of an offer under the Civil Code<\/strong>. A valid contract and a binding quote are established only upon the Service Provider\u2019s express written confirmation (sent via email).<\/p><p data-start=\"5302\" data-end=\"5700\"><strong>12.4. Limitation of Liability for AI Outputs:<\/strong><br \/>The Service Provider will take all reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy of the AI models; however, given the nature of the technology, the Service Provider expressly disclaims any liability for direct or indirect damages arising from inaccurate responses provided by the AI, misunderstandings, or business decisions made based on them.<\/p><p data-start=\"5702\" data-end=\"6000\"><strong>12.5.
