2. Purpose of the Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by the Service Provider, including but not limited to AI chatbot integration, website/webshop development, and related technical support.
They apply to all users who contact the Service Provider via the website, contact form, email, or any other communication channel.

3. Services Provided

The Service Provider offers the following:

• Website and webshop development

• AI chatbot integration and customization

• Technical maintenance and support

• Related consulting services

The scope and content of the services are defined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the client’s specific needs.

4. Quotation and Contract Formation

Visitors may submit a non-binding inquiry through the website’s contact form, chatbot, or email.
A formal agreement is established only once a personalized offer is accepted by the client in writing (including email confirmation).

No automatic service delivery or purchase takes place on the website.

5. Prices and Payment Terms

Any prices shown on the website are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer.
All prices are subject to change depending on the scope and complexity of each project. A custom quote is provided for every client.

Payments are made by bank transfer following a pro forma or final invoice issued through the Billingo invoicing system. Invoices are delivered in PDF format via email.

6. Performance and Deadlines

The Service Provider begins service delivery once the quote is accepted and the agreed-upon prepayment or full payment has been received.
All deadlines and milestones are mutually agreed upon in writing (typically via email).

7. Right of Withdrawal / Termination

Private individual clients (consumers) have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days, provided that service delivery has not yet started.

If service has already commenced (e.g. design, development, consultation), the Service Provider is entitled to charge proportionally for completed work.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider is not liable for:

• Failures or outages caused by third-party providers (e.g. hosting, domain registrars)

• Force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, strikes)

• Client-side technical issues or misconfigurations

The Service Provider does its best to ensure quality and continuity of services, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Data Protection

The Service Provider collects and processes only the data necessary for communication and service delivery (e.g. name, company name, email, phone number).
Data processing complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

The Service Provider will respond to complaints in writing within 15 calendar days.

In the event of a dispute that cannot be settled amicably, the client may contact the Consumer Protection Authority or the competent Conciliation Board.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hungary.
In case of legal disputes, the Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at the Service Provider’s registered office.
