2. Purpose of the General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by the Service Provider, including, but not limited to, AI chatbot integration, website/webshop development, and related technical support.
The GTC apply to all users who contact the Service Provider via the website, contact form, email, or any other communication channel.


3. Services provided

The Service Provider offers the following services:

  • Website and webshop development

  • AI chatbot integration and customization

  • Technical maintenance and support

  • Related advisory services

The scope and content of services are determined on a case-by-case basis according to the individual needs of each client.


4. Quotation and conclusion of contract

Visitors may submit non-binding inquiries via the website's contact form, chatbot, or email.
A formal contract is only concluded when the customer confirms in writing (including email confirmation) accepts the personalized offer.

On the website no automatic service provision or purchase takes place.


5. Prices and payment terms

The prices listed on the website are for informational purposes only and are not considered binding offers.
All prices are subject to change depending on the scope and complexity of the project. For all clients custom quote is being prepared.

Payment to a bank account by bank transfer happens after issuing a pro forma or final invoice, Billingo billing system via. Invoices will be delivered in PDF format by email.


6. Performance and deadlines

The Service Provider shall commence provision of the service upon acceptance of the quotation and receipt of the pre-agreed advance payment or full amount.
All deadlines and milestones are agreed upon in writing, usually by email, between the parties.


7. Right of withdrawal/cancellation

Private customers (consumers) are entitled to 14 days withdraw from the contract if the service provision has not yet commenced.

If the service has already commenced (e.g., planning, development, consulting), the Service Provider shall be entitled to charge a proportional fee for the work done.


8. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider shall not be liable for:

  • Errors or omissions by third-party service providers (e.g., hosting providers, domain registrars)

  • Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes)

  • Technical problems or incorrect settings on the customer's side

 

The Service Provider shall make every effort to ensure the quality and continuity of the services, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.


9. Data protection

The Service Provider collects and processes only data necessary for communication and service provision (e.g., name, company name, email address, telephone number).
Data processing complies with EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10. Complaint handling and dispute resolution

The Service Provider 15 calendar days responds to complaints in writing within.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the customer may To the Consumer Protection Authority or the competent conciliation body may occur.


11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions apply to Hungarian law is the guideline.
In the event of legal disputes, the Parties shall submit to the Service provider's registered office exclusive jurisdiction of the court.
